FORMATTING GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit research and application papers using the Springer Verlag templates.

Camera Version Ready Template: IBLT Template.doc contains an example Word document with all the necessary styles defined.

If you are not able to use the templates, please use the following guidelines.

• the page format should be A4, and the printing area should be 122mm x 193mm (left margin = right margin = 4.4cm, top margin = bottom margin = 5.2cm);

• the main text should be set to 11-point Roman or Times font with single-lined spacing, and justified to occupy the whole line width. In consequence, some 45 lines should occur on a full-text page;

• the title should be 14-point bold, centered;

• subtitles: the 1st-level headings (section titles) - 12 point bold, justified; the 2nd- and the 3rd-level headings (subsection titles) - 10 point bold, justified;

Referencing
APA style must be followed for the references. References should relate only to material cited within the manuscript and be listed in alphabetical order, including author's name, complete title of the cited work, title of the source, volume, issue, year of publication, and pages cited. When you use the source in the text, author's name and year of publication should appear (Ex., Travers, 1995). Please do not include any abbreviations. Please see the following examples:

One author:

More than two authors:

When using the source in the text, state the author's name and year of publication. Please see the following examples:

Example 1: In the US , email monitoring of employees is generally allowed ( Pitt, 2002; Anniston, 2001).

Example 2: Jolie (2003) states that the Danish public administrations act is toothless.

When quoting another author’s work, the author's name, the date of publication, and the page(s) on which the quotation appears in the original text should follow the direct quote.

Example 1: Kierkegaard (2002) states that "the there should be a balance between copyright protection and consumer right" (p. 45).

Example 2: "In the Danish administrative complaint system, students have no chance of winning against the educational institutions" ( Larsen, 1820 pp. 38-46) and are not protected in reality by the law.
