NON-EXCLUSIVE PUBLISHING AGREEMENT

The submission of the paper implies that the author(s) represent and warrant to IBLT (herein referred to as the Publisher) that the article submitted is the author(s) own works and that they do not infringe or violate the rights of anyone else. The author(s) grant IBLT the non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute in whole or in part, the work submitted to the Conference for publication. The agreement does not cover reproduction for purposes that are essentially commercial. Furthermore, the author(s) understand that it is their sole responsibility to obtain written permission to include any copyrighted materials in his/their article. In addition, all trademark use within the manuscript must be credited to its owner , or written permission to use the name must be granted. The author(s) will hold the publisher harmless from all suits resulting from any unlawful matter contained in his submitted work.

The author(s) in consideration of the publication of the above named manuscript also understand and agree that:

1. Copyright in the article will remain with the owner of the copyright. By submitting an article to the conference, the owner of the copyright grants the publishers with a license to publish the article.
2. The author warrants that they are the owner of all rights of copyright in the article. Where the author subsequently publishes the article, the author is requested to acknowledge the article appeared in the book of proceedings.
3. The Author(s) will indemnify and defend Publisher against any claim, demand or recovery against Publisher by reason of any violation of any proprietary right or copyright, or because of any libelous or scandalous matter contained in the Manuscript.
4. Author(s) understand that no royalties or remuneration will be paid by the Publisher to the author for the above named submitted manuscript.  Further, Author(s) acknowledge the manuscript is being provided on a volunteer basis for the professional recognition obtained by the publication.
5. The Publisher will have the right to edit the work for the original edition and for any revision, provided that the meaning of the text is not materially altered. 
6. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and this Agreement supersedes all previous representations, understandings of agreements, oral or written, between the parties with respect to subject matter hereof and cannot be modified except by a written instrument signed by the parties hereto.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives.

Submission papers are classified into 2 categories (1) full paper (2)abstract. Authors must provide about 100 word abstract and five keywords.

All information enabling the identification of authors must be removed from the submissions. Please send in a separate attachment in a word document, the following information: Title, Affiliation and Author’s Name.

All Final Camera Ready Versions will be proof-read before they are printed. All accepted papers will be published in the Book , Business Law: Present and Emerging Trends (ISBN87-991385-0-6) and (ISBN 87-991385-1-4).

In addition, selected papers will be nominated for publication in several journals such as:Computer Law and Security Report, Digital Evidence Journal, International Commercial Law and Technology Journal, Journal of Practical International Business Law, International Journal of Intercultural Management ( more journals …tba).
