Hillerød Business College - Lyngby Business Academy is the 3rd largest business college in Denmark, 400 staff, 3.600 students a year at different levels, including further education, and a turnover of DKK 230 mio.

How to find Lyngby Business Academy

1. Copenhagen Airport – Lyngby Business Academy:

Airport => Central Train Station => Klampenborg Station => Lyngby Business Academy

Buy your train/bus ticket at the DSB Ticket counter in Terminal 3. The teller will give you a ticket for 6 zones and the price will be about DKK 40 (– you must use coins!). Keep the ticket all the way - you will have to show it to the bus driver later. Take the train from the airport (destination Helsingør), and get off at Klampenborg Station (the trip lasts approx. 30 minutes). Make sure that the train stops at Klampenborg Station!! Take bus no. 388 from Klampenborg Station (destination Lyngby) and get off at Hjortekærsvej (approx. a 10 min. drive). From there you have a 5 minutes walk to the academy.

2. Central Train Station – Lyngby Business Academy:

Central Train Station => Lyngby Station => Lyngby Business Academy

At the Central Train Station you purchase your train ticket at the DSB Ticket counter which is located within the Central Train Station. Click on Lyngby. You will get a ticket for 4 zones and the price will be about DKK 30. Go to track 9 & 10. There are two optional trains to Lyngby: destination Hillerød and Holte. Read the schedule of departure of each train on the bulletin boards. For example

Hillerød 14  34  54

This actually means the train leaves every 14th, 34th, and 54th minute of each hour until midnight.

Keep the ticket because you can use the same tickets when you take the bus from Lyngby Station.

Outside Lyngby Station you will find the bus stop for bus 183. Take the bus and get off (5 minutes’ drive) at the corner of Hjortekærsvej and Trongårdsvej.  From the bus stop, the school is about 3 minutes’ walk.
